Located 1/4 mile from Hwy 49 S on Fairgrounds Rd. Make a left into the fairgrounds entrance and follow Fairgrounds Rd to the right. The fairgrounds are 2 miles south of downtown Mariposa on Hwy 49.

Do I have to sign a lease?

Yes. All units are on month-to-month leases so you can move out whenever you want with 30 day notice.

What will fit in the units?

Our units can hold furniture, household goods, office items, appliances, boats, sporting equipment, seasonal decorations and much more.

How can I securely lock my unit?

You can purchase a new, sealed lock at Mariposa Mini Storage facility. No one else has a key to that lock. At Mariposa Mini Storage you store it, you lock it, and you keep the key.

What is a roll-up door?

Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
